DescriptionA dazzling silk evening coat in The Costume Institute collection bears the couture label “Monari, 1 rue de Castiglione, 1930.” The coat’s combination of floral and textured lamé and blue velvet give it a theatrical presence, while the oversized chrysanthemum and rose motifs add drama. We have adapted this coat for our unstructured flower-bedecked jacket.
Polyester with silk velvet trim. Open front, three-quarter sleeves. Dry clean only. Imported.
