Description

One of Louis Comfort Tiffany's (American, 18481933) most notable designs was the brilliant five-paneled Magnolia window (ca. 1885) he created for the grand library at the Tiffany mansion at 72nd Street and Madison Avenue in New York. Divided by heavy leading, sections of the window were composed of graceful branches blossoming with pearly leaves and dotted with yellow and silver-gray leaf buds primed to open. Our elegant necklace is based on the original window.

Produced in cooperation with Charles Hosmer Morse Foundation.
