By Telephone

From within the United States and Canada:

  • For customer assistance: 800-662-3397, MondayFriday, 9 am to 5 pm ET, except public holidays.
From other locations: Dial the appropriate US access code then 212-731-1498, MondayFriday, 9 am to 5 pm ET.

For inquiries, email us at customer.service@metmuseum.org. Please do not send your credit card information by email as it will not be encrypted via The Met Stores secure server. To place an order, please do so through The Met Stores website, by phone, fax, or regular mail only.

By Fax

Credit card orders may be faxed to us. Please use our printable order form and fax it to 718-628-5485. Clearly indicate your name, telephone number, and fax number on every page.

By Mail

To pay by check or money order, mail the printable order form along with a check or money order payable to "The Metropolitan Museum of Art" to:
