This fashionable digital print celebrates The Costume Institute exhibition Manus x Machina: Fashion in an Age of Technology at The Met. The print shows an evocative muslin-draped dress form by Charles James (machine- and hand-sewn white cotton muslin, hand- marked grain and seam lines in red, blue, and lead pencil), in a suspended state of assembly. The renowned Anglo-American couturier was famed for "hand- building" his complex dress designs out of simple muslin.
