Returns & Exchanges

Your satisfaction is our goal. Please inspect your order upon delivery, and if for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return the merchandise within 180 days* from the date of purchase. Please note that we can only refund or exchange merchandise that is current and in saleable condition; shipping and handling charges cannot be refunded. Memberships, donations, and eGift Certificates are also nonrefundable.

To return or exchange an item, complete the form that accompanies your order, and using the return label provided on the back of the form, send your shipment by insured Parcel Post or UPS to:

Online customers should receive a confirmation email once the refund is complete. Please allow one billing cycle from the time our warehouse receives the returned item for the refund to appear on your credit card statement.

*Applies to online and catalogue purchases only. For retail store purchases with a receipt, you may return or exchange merchandise in saleable condition within 90 days from the date of purchase. Without a receipt, a store credit will be issued at the lowest selling price.

Gift Returns

Gift recipients will receive a refund check by mail for the price paid by the purchaser, provided the original order can be identified. Without a packing slip, a refund will be issued at the lowest selling price.

Damaged Merchandise

If the merchandise is damaged or defective at the time of delivery or the incorrect item was sent, contact Customer Service for instructions.
