Our unique linen bag features two 19th-century woodblock prints in The Met collection. Koi is by Keisai Eisen (Japanese, 1790–1848); Minakuchi, Ishibe, Kusatsu, Otsu, Kyoto is by Utagawa Kuniyoshi (Japanese, 1797– 1861). Featuring repurposed elements, the bag was handmade by Amsterdam-based Swarmhome, whose owner searches European markets for objects and materials that can be reimagined, preserved, and given beautiful new life.
