3 stars because of the missing pieces. I wish I had those pieces and I would expect the store to send a new box for free. It's very upsetting when you put a puzzle together and there are missing pieces. The puzzle itself is very beautiful and it was one of the toughest puzzles I put together which is a good thing.
Love the picture and quality, but our puzzle that we've worked so hard on is missing two pieces. So upsetting to have pieces missing. I want to frame this puzzle--it's that nice, but not with pieces missing. Thinking about buying an entirely new puzzle for the pieces, but I'm told they may not be cut the same way.
This is a very nice puzzle in terms of quality and heft of the pieces. It was quite a bit more difficult than I was expecting. Especially the white sky part in the upper left. Also, there is about 1" more of the puzzle on all that sides than the image on the box shows. That was a little confusing when I was building the border.
