Roses Platform Sandal Shoe Ornament

The Museum's carefully detailed shoe ornaments capture the charm and grace of the actual shoes, now in the collection of the Museum's Costume Institute.
The Roses Platform Sandal Shoe Ornament is based on a pair of stylish American silk sandals from around 1940. The original platforms are adorned with a motif of red roses and black ornamentation, which we've translated onto our hand-painted resin ornament.
