Our 2027 small pocket calendar celebrates the work of married artists Lee Krasner (American, 1908–1984) and Jackson Pollock (American, 1912–1956), both central figures in the Abstract Expressionism movement. Drawing inspiration from The Met's Krasner and Pollock: Past Continuous exhibition, the calendar highlights one painting from each artist that illustrates the flux of nature: Krasner's Right Bird Left (1965) and Pollock's Autumn Rhythm (Number 30), 1950 (1950).
