Description

Gifts for art lovers.

This pocket pad features a detail from Rising Green (1972), an abstract rendering of leaf-like forms by Lee Krasner (American, 1908–1984). A key figure of Abstract Expressionism in the 1950s, Krasner frequently evoked nature in her work and immersed herself in the verdant landscape surrounding her converted barn in Springs, near East Hampton, Long Island, once used by her late husband Jackson Pollock (American, 1912–1956).

We're pleased to present this item in celebration of Krasner and Pollock: Past Continuous, the first major exhibition charting the full arc of the careers of Lee Krasner and Jackson Pollock in parallel, examining the distinct yet connected practices of these artistic peers and life partners.
