Timeless, whimsical, organic. This unusual bronze pendant was handcrafted using the ancient lost-wax process in a small atelier in Florence, Italy.
The Pesci che volano (Flying Fish) studio takes its name from a detail of the triptych Temptations of St. Anthony, ca. 1500, by Hieronymus Bosch (Netherlandish, ca. 1450–1516), in which a human figure mounted on a large fish flies through the air. Pesci che volano has embraced this fanciful image as an emblem of whimsy, imagination, and freedom.
