Was very impressed with this watch the moment I opened the box and put it on! Is the great vintage style reminiscent of that period and adds class to everything you wear. If you've been undecided about buying this watch, buy it and you will not be disappointed :)
I adore this watch. I’ve had mine for about 8 years now and am getting a replacement soon as some of the diamanté has fallen out. I get so many compliments when I wear this, and I have been wearing it on a daily basis since I bought it.
I bought very similar one, it was not round, almost 10 years ago. Needed the band. I went to the repaire office to perchas ONLY BAND in Philadelphia 2015 where i got paper for repaire from MET store in NY. But they did not want to sell only band. Then I bought round one this year. But I still like old design. Ha o can I get the band only? Please advice.
But it's too big. There's a piece that comes out to make it smaller, but it's still too big and there's nothing that can be done about it. Disappointed. Will give it to my daughter someday. If your wrists are big enough, it's glorious.
I had this watch for years. It was my favorite go-to watch. Very dependable and comfortable with elegant grace. I was heartbroken when it was stolen in a burglary. To my delight, I found it still offered on this site and bought a replacement. Don't hesitate. This beauty goes with everything.
After viewing this elegant watch in the catalogue for a year or two, I finally bought it. I love it more each day. At first I wore it in the evenings & on special occasions; now I wear it almost every day. BTW it has a second hand. Helpful hint: I bought a small security chain so that if the clasp loosens, the watch won't fall off.
Only watch I wear for past 25 plus years st work in court trying cases and in off time raising kids and replacing it once in awhile. Leaves no mark on wrist and vey lightweight. I have a tiny wrist and no problems. Gifted it too to rave reviews. About to buy two more
For many years I'd see the watch in the Met Store, always wanted one. Since it was always offered, I figured it was a popular item that people were happy with. So I got one for myself. It had to be returned, it wouldn't work. The new watch came immediately, no fuss! I've worn it ever since and always get compliments on it. My best friend admired it so much that I got her one for Christmas. She LOVES IT! And so do I. So feminine, classic and unusual, I'm very happy with it, it looks good no matter what I'm wearing. I've never been disappointed with anything I've ordered from The Met Store.
