Rated 2 out of 5 by from Poor quality I have ordered and been pleased by many items from The Met. However, this necklace was not up to Met Standards. The green color looked faded; the circles holding the leaves were rough and difficult to twist so that the necklace could lie flat. Looked very cheap.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Elegant This necklace and matching cuff bracelet are quite elegant, yet casual enough to be used every day. The glass leaf color is consistent and rich, the findings of good quality. The only SLIGHT drawback is a bit of difficulty fastening the necklace; The lobster claw fitting is easy to use, but there is a tendency to get the necklace slightly twisted if one is not very careful, resulting in some leaves not laying completely flat. A little extra attention when putting it on avoids this.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Disappointing lack of quality - Returned I purchased this necklace for a gift. While I understand this is costume jewelry, the quality was far below items I previously purchased from the Met Store. The photos looked great, but item was very disappointing. With that said, I continue to support Met. The return process was simple, even though I had not yet received credit for the return, I am confident it will be handled well.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Disappointing mechanics I will be returning this item. Attractive as it is in the catalogue, and as attractive as it still is when you unwrap it, it does not work well at all when you actually try to wear it. The interconnections between the separate two leaf sections have a tendency to snag and not flow smoothly, and the necklace as a whole does not sit well around the neck as the different sections twist and stubbornly work against each other: seems it's not possible for it to stay right side up and in place even while it is being worn after having worked hard initially to straighten and align it around the neck. Also the clasp is tiny, and slippery, almost impossible to grasp and hold in position to clasp or unclasp even with the help of a second person. As lovely as the necklace is in principle, you should not be offering for sale an item that mechanically has so many deficiencies to the point that it is not wearable with any ease even with practice.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Beautiful, but awkward and troublesome links. Very beautiful and perfect length. However, it is awkward to put on and doesn't lie flat without a lot of time-consuming adjusting. The links twist around in all directions making some green "leaves" stand up at different angles.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Sage leaf choker and earings The stones are very nice but I thought the rough surface of the gold chain makes it look cheap.
